BasketRunTerms of Use
These terms cover your use of the BasketRun app. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Questions go to quwaysim405@gmail.com.
App Store and Google Play
If you got BasketRun from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where they conflict with these terms, theirs win for anything about the store or payments.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, use an email address you control and keep access to it, since that’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Households
When you join or create a household, the lists, prices and names you add are visible to everyone in it. Only invite people you trust, and only share invite codes with them. A household’s admin can remove members.
BasketRun Premium
- Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change what Premium includes or what it costs. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and the store will tell you before they do.
Using BasketRun fairly
Don’t misuse the app or our servers. That includes trying to reach other people’s data, disrupting the service, or using it to break the law.
Prices and information
The prices in BasketRun are the ones you and your household entered. We don’t check them, and they may not match what a shop charges today.
No warranty
We work to keep BasketRun reliable and your lists safe, but the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, BasketRun isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, from your use of the app. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using BasketRun and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before a change that affects you takes effect. If you keep using BasketRun after that, the new terms apply.
